The time required for engraving depends on the complexity of the design and the material used. The turn around time for most orders is uaully a couple of days from final approvals.

Our team will collaborate with you to ensure the design meets your expectations and translates well onto the chosen material. Depending on the types of files given and their clarity we may need to add additional labour to digitize them.

Our engraving experts are proficient in working with a wide range of materials. This includes metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, leather, as well as various types of wood, glass, acrylic, and even some plastics. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to discuss it with us, and we'll advise you on the best engraving technique and options available for that material.

We can try, usually the answer is yes, but we would require an extra in order to test with before production. Example: some clients demand a specific brand of drinkware, and we will engrave as long as you give us one extra.

We can work with most, out favourite are .AI, .SVG, .PDF, but can work with most files. If we can "vectorize" a file easy enough we will, if it take a bit more rebuilding there may be a nominal fee to cover the time.

Not really, you just pay more for smaller orders because the time it takes to create one is high. The more items ordered the better the deals we can do. Check out each product page for pricing on that item.
